Terms of Service
Effective date: February 25, 2026. These terms describe the scope of the CronAI service and the responsibilities of users and teams.
CronAI provides scheduled HTTP job execution, monitoring, alerting, and related workflow/AI assistance features. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.
- Do not use CronAI to attack, probe, abuse, or disrupt third-party systems.
- Do not schedule jobs that violate applicable law, contracts, or provider terms.
- Do not upload or process data in CronAI unless you are authorized to do so.
CronAI is provided on a best-effort basis for early-stage production usage. Uptime targets and formal SLAs are not provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Free and paid plan limits may change over time. If paid billing is enabled, plan terms and pricing will be shown in-product and on the pricing page.
- You are responsible for the endpoints, credentials, and data you configure.
- You should validate retention settings and disable response storage for sensitive workflows when necessary.
- You are responsible for managing team access and roles.
CronAI is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security issues, or non-payment (where applicable). You may stop using the service at any time.
