  • Job configuration, schedules, endpoints, and alert channel metadata
  • Execution history, status, duration, and optional response snippets
  • Audit logs and operational metadata
  • Support/contact messages you submit
How We Use Data
  • To schedule and execute jobs
  • To store run history and support debugging
  • To send alerts and operational notifications
  • To secure the service and investigate abuse
  • To improve product reliability and features
Subprocessors / Service Providers

CronAI uses third-party providers for authentication, hosting, backend infrastructure, and email delivery. Refer to the Security page for the current list of processors used in the deployed service.

Retention and Deletion

Operational data is retained according to product defaults and team-configured retention policies. You can request deletion of account or workspace data through the Contact page.

Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion requests where required for recovery or abuse prevention.

User Rights and Contact

If you need access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, use the Contact page and include the workspace/team context so the request can be processed accurately.

Children's Privacy

CronAI is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed in regions where CronAI and its providers operate. If you have region-specific compliance requirements, contact support before storing regulated workloads.

Changes to This Policy

This page will be updated as the product and infrastructure evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the changelog and page update date.
